Can anyone explain why if I try to log out from the Anaplan home page (by clicking on my initials then "Log Out") it just takes me back in and the only way I can exit is to click on the web page cross?

@Scorina Just trying to understand, are you signing in with SSO?

@sandeep_bk no we have to open a web page and log in as we are not permitted to use SSO with Anaplan on our system.

@Scorina  try clearing the browser cache/cookie and see if that helps or else you may need to contact Anaplan support team.
