NUX Visibility to "Penalty Box" when a Process is Running

We have had many end users comment that they miss the ability to see the "penalty box" when a process is running.  This "penalty box" was visible in the classic UX and let the users know when they may need to wait a few minutes for a process to finish before they can use the model. 

 

Because this box is no longer visible in the New UX we have a lot of users who are confused when the data on the page fails to load.  We've had several end users request that this visibility be added in the New UX so that they know when the model is **** running a process.
