Toggling between Regular and Blueprint views

This is a really simple suggestion that should (hopefully) be very simple to implement.

Problem: When switching/ toggling between Regular and Blueprint views the scroll bar defaults to the top of the module. In modules with large numbers of line items, this means you have to scroll down every time you switch between the views when working on a specific line item.

Solution: Retain the scroll bar position when switching between the views.

A small problem but hopefully also a small fix.

Agreed, these sorts of small tweaks tend to add up into something greater than the sum of the parts in terms of builder experience. These sorts of small headaches / hassles tend to add up to turn people off to a solution, so fixing even small things can be a big win.

Allow non-WSAs to view source module name in UX.
