The best practice when entering formulas is to click on the respective line items from their corresponding modules instead of typing them. The error points to the fact that there's a typo in the formula since it says it's not able to find line item "Medical Benefit" in EMP01 module. Could you please check if in EMP01 module you have a line item called "Medical Benefit" or if it's written differently, maybe one extra character?
