I was hoping someone could explain to me what is the purpose of 'Is Organization' column found in the List and since this column is greyed out I would like to know how we can untick it?

This is how the first list is automatically marked, which is in any created new model. It cannot be deleted, only renamed. You cannot remove the checkbox / transfer it to other lists.

It was used for the "old school" workflow that Anaplan had.

In the member selector advanced search or basic search is used. It depends on the limit defined in Anaplan XL Options (data options, limit for quick search). However, if the limit is exceedet, the default search type "begins with" is NOT used in advanced search. (contains is used)
