The mapping seems correct. The only concern is the subsidiary view that you have created (ref below snip)
My intuition says that your time 'Time Scale' settings for the module and Growth% line item are different. As I can see that the data needs to be loaded monthly, so 'Time Scale' settings needs to be set 'Monthly' for DEM01 Module as well the Growth % line item. Kindly correct it and reupload the data.
