Sprint 3 - 3.5.3 Activity: Create Distribution Center Summary Module

Can somebody please tell the formula for this line item in this activity?
In the Supply Chain model, create a new module:
- Module Name: INV03 Distribution Center Summary
- Dimensions: P2 Products list, s G3 Location: Distribution Centers? list, Time (month)
- Category: Inventory
- Functional Area: Inventory
- Summary Method: None
| Stock Exceptions | Number | Total number of Stock Exceptions by Distribution Center and Product per month |
Build the formula for the line item to show the total number of Safety Stock Exceptions by Distribution Center and Product on a monthly time scale.

In which activity did you add the Supplied by to SYS08 since there is no such thing in my module?
Did I miss some part of activities?
