For the creation of UX Prototypes in Level3 MB, kindly suggest how to start designing the UX.
For Assigning to Accounts Territory I am unable to design.

This training Level 3 implies a prototype sketch of dashboards in PowerPoint or any other tool.
In general, the course was built on classical dashboarding.
And your UX problem is most likely related to the lack of a Page Builder role. Ask your Tenant administrator to give you one.
