Hi - While you import the file you need to set the header row as 2 and data row as 3 since your csv data resides in the respective rows for headers and volumes .
Once you hit next ensure your time remains in column headers and others map to respective attributes except volume inputs that should be fixed line and specify that as volume .

Also, i was getting error due to time format mismatch which I had to change to period (YYYYMM) along with the mapping you mentioned to get it right.
