How do I confirm whether I have access to workspace and if I have workspace administrator permissions?

Here you can see your user settings and whether you are a workspace admin or not.

Another easy way is to check if you can see the "Manage Models" button in the Models section, after you connect to Anaplan.
This is useful if no models are created on that workspace.
Hope it helps
