Is it possible to create an Export Action (Grid view export of the current page) that adjusts to the grid in the UX instead of the grid in the model?

I do not believe we have an option currently to build an export action from the NUX pages. However we do have the option to export the grid from NUX [ these grids can always be customized with the line items/dimensions you need using Show/Hide and these selections will be retained for all future logins too, so you do not have to recreate the views every time you login]
You can further customize the export file [just like you would while creating an export action in the backend model].

I have A6 as the parent list and two sibling lists: A6.5 and A7. The A7 list includes an attribute that maps to A6.5.
