Error in Rep05

Hi everyone, please help as I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I uploaded the currency data into SYS03 but everytime I try to make my formula for Local Currency in REP05 it gives me this error. My country currency is a flat list - I thought it was supposed to be. Please see attached screen shots and tell me if you see any errors! Thanks :)

In country Currency list put a Top Level.
