I have a line item which is equal to (Monthly income)/(yearly income). How can I reference the yearly income (or calculate it), I have the monthly income as input.

If I understand correctly, you need 3 line items
Now, I understand that the question is how to achieve the yearly income. If you use YEARVALUE(Monthly Income) [https://help.anaplan.com/5df8cf5a-6609-4e14-832f-ddff9b29326b-YEARVALUE], you should be able to get the yearly entry for every month (if the lowest granularity of the module is Month).
