Create a template in Excel which is being used to import values. Import this template to source module of monthly product volume growth rates. This will create an action in Action tab. Now, drag and drop the action card on NUX page> edit it> enable the import action you created > publish the dashboard. User can use the template to import values by clicking on import button.

As umang rightly mentioned, you will need to have action available, then you can add 'Action from Card selection:
As Above mentioned you need create actions. But I'll recommend that, First you need to create export action to export the template from source module. Then By using same export template , create a import action and do the correct mapping . Once both actions are created in Backend, publish the actions cards . 1) Export Template 2) Import Template.
