I was trying to import data into DATA03 module. but my lines are not getting populated

Can you show us the "Time" and "DATA03 Historic Volumes Lines items" tab of the import your are trying to make ?

yeah I corrected it But the Offset volume line isnt getting populated

The "Offset volume" line item is the only one not getting populated? Have you check if the format is correct ?

You can see that only "volumes" datas are in your file.

"Offset Volumes for 1st Forecast Year" line item should not be populated through this import.

It might be a line item where you will have to put a formula.
