How can I find Line item ids?

Using the following:

https://us1a.app.anaplan.com/2/0/workspaces/Workspace ID/models/Model ID/files

to retrieve file ids. One can substitute "modules", "processes" for files to get those ids.

Is there a way to line item ids?

I know REST API can give this info, but am not an expert in that area.
Just curious, why do you need lineitem IDs?
