Can you please help me to find a way to have 1% in FY. If I select "Sum" in Summary section it will add up the percentages to 4%. I would like to see 1% in FY total also.

Try switching to Average or Formula summary methods instead of Sum.

You can keep it None, as I don't think summary would be required here as stretch % is on quarter only, not required at FY level
