what is fluence and how can we learn about fluence and anaplan association more?

Fluence was acquired by Anaplan in Summer of 2024 and brings additional functionalities such as disclosure management and a more robust excel add-in to the core Anaplan capabilities.

Fluence XL is an excel add-in, which would be use case agnostic.
Disclosure management would be pertinent to financial statement consolidations only.

Hello. I can't understand why Anaplan bought Fluence. Only due to those items? Is Anaplan selling and giving support for both consolidation tools (Anaplan and Fluence) or Fluence will remain and Anaplan Consolidation will be taken down? Thanks!
