Create page option will appear once you create an App for your Model and you need to have page builder access to create pages. Review the course β Create an App
If you're using the workspace given by Anaplan via the talent builder program, that does not come up with the page builder role. That's why the Create page option is missing. Go to My Pages and create pages over there in order to complete all the activities. A few options will not be available in My Pages, like Action card.
