Hello, I have a module DEM03.1 Mapping (CV&ADI) with Time dimension and LIST03 SKU with the same List but without time.
I'd like to get first non blank value from Date of introduction Line Item in DEM03.1 (1 pic) to Date of Introducton in LIST03 SKU (Pic 2). How can I do it?
Hi @KacperSzafranski13 - You can also set the time summary to first non blank for the line item & use the formula - source[select: time.all periods] in the target module. It is similar to the method suggested by @lokeshm but skips an additional lookup line item. I'd avoid timesum since the calculation effort is higher in that than the other 2 methods. Hope this helps :)
Hi @KacperSzafranski13 ,
You can achieve that using the TIMESUM() function. Note that to use FIRSTNONBLANK with it, you'll need to define the start and end period for the calculation.
TIMESUM()
FIRSTNONBLANK
TIMESUM(DEM03.1 Mapping (CV&ADI).Date of Introduction, 'SYS01 Lookup'.Start Period, 'SYS01 Lookup'.End Period, FIRSTNONBLANK)
Hope this Helps!π
@KacperSzafranski13 create another line item in the target Module "FY" and format it to the Year . Then use this line item in the look up.
TIMSUM function is usually used to aggregate data from a line item with time dimension to a line item without time dimension.

I have A6 as the parent list and two sibling lists: A6.5 and A7. The A7 list includes an attribute that maps to A6.5. In the UX, the user will select A6.5 using a content selector, and the grid (dimensioned by A7) should display only the A7 items associated with that selected A6.5. Since the selector is a page context andβ¦
