I have 3 comments, i.e.
1. Adhering to Logical of PLANS, It's better if you arrange your list according to sequence, i.e L1, L2, L3 instead of L3, L1, L2.
2. Adhering to Performance & Necessary of PLANS, please turn off summary of line items if you don't need aggregation.
3. Try WEIGHT*ALLOCATION[LOOKUP:PARENT] instead of WEIGHT*ALLOCATION[SELECT:PARENT]
