I'm not quite sure on how to change the summary for "headcount".

You can achieve this in the module blueprint, there is a column called "Summary".

Hang in there. It's a simple solution, we just need to find it.
The error is saying it can't find the line item in DAT01. Take a look at the spelling of the line items and the dimensions being used. Also, make sure the DAT01 module is spelled correctly too. Should look similar to this:

The error "Not Recognised as a Line item or List member" means, There is a spelling mistake either in your module name or Line item name or (Module or Line item is not exists).
Instead of copy-past, Try to select the line item by double-clicking the formula.
