Level 2 Conclusion INV05 Shipping Export

Shipping Costs = 'INV01 Inventory Ordering'.Final Shipping Costs[SUM: 'SYS08 SKU Details'.Distribution Center]

This formula for the shipping costs line item is giving me '0' as values.
Is it because the formulae I have entered is wrong?

My Shipping costs formula is like 'INV01 Inventory Ordering'.Final Shipping Costs[SUM: 'SYS08 SKU Details'.Supplied By] but the data is not populating in this line item
