Export data to Excel, later version

Hi all,

 

I am wondering why, when exporting data from Anaplan into Excel, the file type is a Microsoft Excel 97-2003 worksheet? Why are we using such an old format?

Is there an option available to export to a more recent Excel version? Excel 365?

We currently loose functionality in this old type of Excel sheets.

    When you do an export you can chose the "File Type".  Anaplan defaults to "Excel (.xls)", which is the old format.  You can change the File Type to "Excel Open XML (.xlsx)", which is the new format.
