When we add new users into Anaplan application, sometimes i can see users are not receiving welcome email to set their password even after checking in Spam . In such cases currently we are sending email to Anaplan support on behalf on end user to resend welcome email to end users. This process is working but it is time taking process for customers and Anaplan as well.
It would be good to have this functionally from our(customer) side to retrigger welcome email to new users to set their passwords in such instances without deleting users.
