I'm trying to get the desired output in (see below or view the attached image). So far what I've tried doesn't seem to work (datatype mismatch). Any ideas on how to solve this?

You can have separate modules for percentages and calculation. In this example I have percentages in Project percentages module:
Calculation module Labor fetch percentages from the first module and calculates Final labor.
I added top level to 'Project complexity' list.
