Hi,
I want to apply conditional formatting to a UX page, but the "Apply" button is grayed out. Any idea why?
I want values for "Confirm Purchase Order Receipt" > 0 to be green.
Best,Matt
Here is a second example of the same issue.
Hi @MattRobinson ,
In both screenshots, you have entered minimum value but you haven't selected the colour for it, that's why apply button is grey out. please select the colour.
Thanks
Akhtar
Hi Akhtar,
Adding the formatting option to the minimum value did not resolve the issue. The button is still grayed out.
Please see attached.
Best,
Matt
You need a maximum as well. The midpoint is optional, but given that conditional formatting is a scale, you need a minimum and a maximum.
Thanks!
