Can i set line item name dynamically

Hi,

 

I am looking for a line item name change based on another line item value formatted as date. For example Line item name : "Price based on "DD/MM/YYYY",   this line item name should change based on value entered in another date formatted line item.

If I enter date value as 01/03/2021, then my first line item name should change as "Price based on 01/03/2021"?

I don't think this is possible in Anaplan. You cannot apply a formula to change a line item name dynamically.

@Suman Reddy the line-item name change is a structural modification..this is why it cannot be solved dynamically. 

 

You will need to figure out a workaround about this, something like: create a separate line-item where you can indicate this in a text and publish this on the dashboard.
