Problems with Anaplan

Hello!

I ran into a problem when passing the final exam in the Anaplan professional model builder program. I managed to do 6 questions and the 6th question was related to the data of my model. I opened the Anaplan website and started to open my model, and my website stopped working. All other sites were working and the connection was good. I decided to restart the computer, and lost one attempt to pass the exam. Please, can I be given another chance to pass the exam due to a technical problem?
I ask for the addition of another attempt, if possible.
