I am stuck here, How can I change the View to all items.

What i have understood is you want to change the view of the first screenshot to the the second screenshot (i assume 'all items' to be the countries that you are referring) that you have attached. So you follow the below steps
1) Click on the pivot icon above the formula bar
2) Drag the G3 Locations list into the columns.
3) Click on Ok and Save the view if you want. You can save the view from 'View' option.
