My model is incorrect, I assume it's from incorrect Mapping.
Should I delete and re-enter the .CSV file? How is this accomplished?

You can go to 'Actions', look for the relevant import action, click 'edit' and change the mapping (i believe you just need to make the additional change of mapping the 'Parent' field). Finally you can rerun the import action you just modified.
