Use value referenced from a diff module

Hi All, noob here, just started my Anaplan hands-on journey today. Hope you can help me 🙂

I'm looking for the right formula to get value from a module to a different module based from an existing module data.

Below I have two modules. Loans and Lookup Rates

In Loans module, I have two line items called Term and Rates.

I'd like to get the Rate based from selected Term that is available in Lookup Rates module.

These are the module's list structure.

Lookup rates

@SaitamLien I am assuming that the target module line item : Term is a List formatted (ie. Term List) line item. If that is the case, you can user LOOKUP to get the result.
