Make Integration admin role available for visitors & partners

It's currently not possible to assign an integration admin role to visitors and respectively also not to Anaplan Partners. This makes it a challenge when helping customers with Cloudworks or when just setting up a scheduled model-to-model import. It requires always someone at the customer capable to set-up the connections.

 

As an Anaplan Partner or external model builder, I want to be able to set-up Cloudworks connections for customer tenants to support them through all phases in their Anaplan journey.

Great idea! Customers many times want me as a partner to show the first time but that is kind of hard when you don´t have access...

I find that this is an area that clients often experience as difficult but where our ability to help them is limited. Getting access to the Integration Administrator role as a partner would have been very useful!

It is really required and critical to have now a days generaic id's we can not share to all partners from vendor team .

@EricS You helped shed some light on a different idea exchange topic a couple months ago, but this idea has also been outstanding for almost four years. Seems it would be very quick to implement, and it appears to be universally desired within the partner community based on the feedback received.

Can we push to make this happen, or get some sort of acknowledgment from the product enhancement team?

@EricS I would be curious what the feedback will be. The adoption of ADO and Cloudworks is hanging highly on partner support because customers often don't want to touch it themselves. The only option right now is to receive a user account with the customer domain, which, in some instances, can take weeks to provision.
