Search Text in a String

Hello Community,

I am looking for a function to find a character(s) within a string, similar to CONTAINS function. For example, I need to find the word Ananplan in the string "I love Anaplan".

Is there a function for this? If yes it will be really helpful if you can share.

is there a way to import data with months in columns (usual excel table view)?
