Import Issue (simultaneous uploads by external APIs can not be recognized within Anaplan)
One of our major customer is asking this issue to be raised as an enhancement request.
The issue that they face is summarized below:
Import A (with 60,000 records) and Import B (30,000 records) will simultaneously happen from an external API action.
Import A will time out, however upon completion Import B will recieve a notification that 40,000 records has been uploaded.
The biggest concern from the customer is that imported # of records is not correct from that user's perspective.
Note: All imports in this case is done by chunks.
The customer will like to be able to fix this issue so that imports would not be mixed up and can be tracked even if it is executed from an external back end system
