Incomplete certificate

Hello, I've started level 1 certification few months ago but was unable to finish it due to health and personal issues ... can I still complete level 1 certification???? Do I have to sign up for it again ... I need to complete level one certification,  would love some feedback and I did the free course ... I don't want to pay... please what are my steps for redoing the certification. Thank you
