Is there an option to connect to Oracle Fusion cloud with Anaplan using Aaplan RESTapi? If yes please could you direct me to any links or technical documentations for the same?

Most of the third party solutions (one cloud, mule soft, etc ) all implement the core REST API behind the scene.
Even the Anaplan connector rely on the same REST APIs available https://anaplanbulkapi20.docs.apiary.io/# but comes prepackage for easy usage
