how to make time in correct form so that i can get output

Have you tried to check the error given during the import? It usually provides some information about the reasoning.
As you have well pointed out, it seems like the time has not been correctly imported. If you were to define it in periods as YYYYMM, where each character of the year and are identified, it should work.

Can you please check the time duration /Time range of your module?
how many years of data do you want to upload & what's there in your file.
Your module must have X no of years otherwise you will get an error if your file have that year
Please change the mapping for time, you can't do the time mapping as "Match name" because by default anaplan time having different format.
