why my unit price growth % didn't change even adding 5% in price growth rate

What year did you update?
The boolean in REV03 will only return a value if the time period is a forecast time period as per the boolean in SYS00 Time Settings.
Therefore, only values input against 2020 and 2021 will return an outcome in REV03.
