Users list as dimension in module

Hello, 

I create a module which is based on the 'Users' list. 

Admin of the model needs to have option to see all the users, but for now only I (Model Builder) can see all the list of users and the rest see they only see themselves.

 

How to solve it? 

I will add that the settings in blueprint view are as in the attached picture.

You cannot do that with the system user list. You need to create a dummy users list and use this list into your modules.
