I wanted to ask whether Anaplan can import data directly from Vena models or does a bespoke interface need to be developed to move data between Vena and Anaplan.

You would have to build the interface between these two. You would also have to convert the files into csv/txt format & use Bulk APIs if it is file based or if it is json payload based then you would have to use Anaplan Transactional APIs as bulk APIs don't support Json format

Hello, My interface uses basic authentication to log in to Anaplan. The login process has been failing intermittently for about a week. How can I identify the root cause of these Anaplan API login failures? Username and password are correct. The account is not locked or expired. Thanks, Jorge Palma
