Model Size Related Issue

Hi All,

 

We have been trying to add a dimension of users to a module in Anaplan. However, it gives the below mentioned error. We have tried to reduce the model size and have made to ~20gb but are still receiving the error. Can we somehow convert the model size and workspace size in the below image attached to gb, to identify the issue and then work accordingly.

Don't forget that if you're adding user to a module then it's size will increase by n number of users and keep on increasing as you add new users to the workspace.

Are all line items in the module needing to be dimensioned by user?

What's the user story for why user is needed - it might be that there's a different way of doing it.
