User / Role Access: Sensitive (Salary) Data

We are having trouble restricting access for a model builder. Is there any way to restrict access to sensitive data? We have experimented with setting access level to NONE for the specific modules. However, because he can model building access, he can simply adjust his own access level for any modules. Any good solutions exist out there? Thanks!

You can restrict access by creating a Role and assigning List and Module permissions for that role. Workspace Admins will have access to everything.
