How to get the first year from a Boolean

I want to get a year.

If there is a Boolean value at the beginning throughout the year, we get the year

How do i do?
Please help me!

Do not include All Periods as a condition.

Another way to get the same result by using TIMESUM formula for example:

I have created this module to define To & From Period
