Create a saved view for importing:

Module Name: SYS07 Location Details
Saved View Name: Build Location
Include: Code, Parent, and subset line items

Here what do you mean by subset line items

I need to show all the columns other than Region column right ?

Yes you are right to some extent , this activity is asking you to create saved view which will help you create G3 location list which got distribution center as subset , so you would need to show code/country/distribution center line items and save the view , means you will ignore region and default shipping line item . Hope this clarifies your doubt
