Internal and visiting Users

Hi, I want to change user Role.

I want to change Users Role from "Visiting" to "Internal".

 

But I can't found how to do it.

There is a way to add new users to Visiting role.

I have to add it again?

 

And there is notion when adding users.

    Hi @hyudolee!

     

    This is a system setting and is determined by the Tenant where the user was first added. That Tenant becomes its "native" Tenant, and in all other Tenants the user will be a Visitor.

     

    To change this, write to support and ask them to change the specified user's "native" Tenant to the one you want (confirmation of the admin's Tenant will be required).

     

    We have done such an operation, support will help!
