Import Error : Shipping Metric

I tried to run process 9 - Import data from Hub. The issue is similar although it's failing to import into the Shipping Metrics. No details of failure is provided.

I checked for data mapping by trying to import just the shipping metric

Not able to successfully import the shipping metric. Can someone point me what's the issue here.

Hi

You need to double click on shipping time and then click on shipping metrics.

@balaramki Look at your last screen shot , it shows your shipping time is not mapped with anything - can you match it manually like below and rerun action - Make sure you make this change in single 9.3 action first and than run the process again

I tried to map the shipping time manually but the system doesn't allow me to select.

Cost per 1000 units is mapped manually.

is there a way to import data with months in columns (usual excel table view)?
