Excel Ribbon not shown in Version 4.3 after install

Hello,

we have installed and activated Anaplan V4.3 within our environment, unfortunately the Ribbon is not shown. we have managed the Activation of the Add-in as mentioned in some of you FAQ.

see attached Failure Message

Has anyone a Hint what it could be ??

Hey, have you tried going to Options -> Add-ins, re-enabling Anaplan add-in then restarting Excel?

That was the first step, Anaplan is shown as activated in the Add-in List within excel. The Ribbon does still not show up and we get the Failure Report that I attached.

We block Add-ins via GPO so the exception for Anaplan was done but Anaplan has still blocked content. We would like to know what else is Anaplan using to go forward in using it.

Does Anaplan use connected Expirience ?
