I'm trying to complete model building activity in Sprint 1 Level 2 and facing an error while importing data from the file.

It seems your mapping is incorrect.
You have correctly mapped country code to country flat
In SYS06 Line Items details you need to map it to column headers.
Now go to the third tab on top (SYS06 Line Items Details) and manually map parents to region.
