Importing Data into a Module is still blank

Hello, 

 

I have successfully imported data from a .csv file; however, the data still does not appear in the module. Am I missing something? 

 

Screenshots attached detailing how I imported it and success message.

    Possible for you to share the module's print here? It looks like the data has been imported successfully - data has to be there.
